My brillant sister-in-law and her husband made a great Christmas gift last year which is really one to remember! It is their own homemade version of the game Sequence. Check out information, rules and how to play about sequence
here. It is a great game and it can be played by lots of people of all ages at once! It has been our most used Christmas gift ever. Since we got it -we have played literally 3 times a week before bedtime with the whole family. Even the 7 year old has become pretty good at it!
This is what the board they made looks like. It took some simple woodworking to make the board. They are pretty crafty, but what a great idea! They covered the board with plexiglass and made a frame to fit around it. In addition to the board, you will need some poker chips and 2 decks of cards, actually a Texas Hold'em set has everything you need.
